Also, three major hospitals are only minutes away. Academy Manor is made up of two buildings, with 4 separate units. Academy Manor provides Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, LongTerm Care, ShortStay Care, Respite, Hospice, Dementia/Alzheimer's Care and Pulmonary Services. Pulmonary Rehabilitation is our specialty program, with a Respiratory Therapist on staff full-time.
