Adult Day Health Centers Locations in Austin and Round Rock Provides supervised daytime care, social activities, meals, and health monitoring for older adults with physical or cognitive impairments (like dementia or Parkinson’s). 2. Caregiver Education and Support Offers free classes, workshops, and seminars on topics like caregiving, dementia, and legal/financial planning. Hosts the annual Caregiver Conference, a major resource for family caregivers. 3. Health Equipment Lending Free loans of durable medical equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc.) to anyone in the community. 4. Memory Connections Program A program for those with early-stage memory loss or mild cognitive impairment. Includes cognitive activities, peer support, and education. 5. Computer Lab for Seniors Offers technology training to help older adults become comfortable with using computers, internet, and mobile devices.
