Today, the Good Shepherd Home – Bethlehem is a long-term care facility that serves 60 residents. The Bethlehem Home is for individuals 12 years of age and older requiring residential nursing care. Primary diagnoses served include, but are not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, Multiple Sclerosis, traumatic brain injury and spina bifida. Each resident and his or her family are active participants in the development of a care plan. Residents may be referred by a physician, insurance company, discharge planner/social worker, home health agency, family member or self-referral. Show All
