Initial contributions were from Mr. and Mrs. Willard E. Milner and Ethel Moore. Community residents then made the contributions to finish the construction of the building. The corporation is managed by an Administrator, with a 9 member Board of Directors. The corporation is solely responsible for all financial and contractual agreements. The original Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Indiana on June 5, 1967. The business of Milner is to construct, maintain, and operate a facility to provide long term comprehensive nursing care and residential care to individuals who need and require such services offered without regard to race, creed, or national origin. Milner Community Health Care has 80 state licensed and certified beds for participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs. Milner also has 24 assisted living beds licensed by the State of Indiana and 8 independent living homes. Show All
