We are an 89 bed facility located in beautiful Amish Country. Centrally located just 20 minutes from Dover, New Philadelphia, Millersburg, Coshocton and surrounding communities. Available for Admissions 24/7. We have been recognized by the Ohio Department of Health as a Deficiency Free facility in 2014 & 2015. We accept most major insurances and are VA Contracted. We offer short term and long term care with PT, OT and ST services available, as well as Skilled Nursing Services, Wound Care, Respite Care, Hospice Care, and offer Transportation services. We have a secured Memory Care unit as well as a Secured Behavioral Management Unit that include attending Psychiatry. Other services include Nutritional support, IV therapy, and restorative nursing.
